How well we can keep our mental and emotional state in balance.

People can give suggestions to others very easily. But whether the same suggestion has been applied to one’s own life is another matter of debate. Since man himself is a very conscious being, he tries to manage anger and rage by using the conscious and unconscious procedural systems of his mind to balance anger.

We have the choice of suppressing or transforming anger into something meaningful and productive. Anger is such an emotion that every human life comes up with different excuses from time to time. Stopping it is not only very challenging, but it is also an unhealthy practice. Therefore, we have to assimilate its proper management. The following are some of the methods used to manage human impulses, anger, or rage.

Individual and group anger management
If your level of anger is very uncontrollable and unbalanced, you need to consult a psychologist. This helps to make sure that whether anger is linked to some other mental problem or not. But if anger comes normally, then restrain yourself. Drinking water, reading books, writing or talking to friends, etc. is called group practice.

Relaxation and physical exercise
Relax because sometimes the pressure of work can make us angry. Similarly, physical exercise, yoga, meditation helps our brain to produce chemicals like dopamine, serotonin which helps us to be happy. Likewise, tell yourself over and over again that I am calm.

Self-study
Often we try to avoid responsibility by blaming others for our anger and grief. Doing so makes us more stressed. Therefore, asking yourself questions such as what happened, what happened to your shortcomings in relation to the incident, how to correct it or where I failed, helps you to exercise restraint and patience in the days to come.
